Clear choices. Real care.
Privacy Notice.
Your information helps us help you. Here is what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Effective September 22, 2026
Your information, handled with care
Davro Insurance Group, LLC helps people understand their insurance options and get support with their coverage. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website, ask us for help, schedule an appointment or work with our team.
It also explains your communication choices. Davro operates an active automated service-text program. When you choose service text messages through a Davro form, we send service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, appointment and requested insurance support. A separate opt-in is required for marketing text messages. Visiting our website or requesting help does not, by itself, give us permission to send you marketing text messages.
What we collect
The information we need depends on the help you request. It may include:
- Your name, email address, phone number, address and communication preferences.
- The type of coverage you are interested in, your appointment details and information you share with your agent.
- Application, enrollment, policy and service information needed for the insurance work you authorize. Depending on the product, this may include household, financial, health or other sensitive information.
- Messages, service requests, consent records, signatures and related records of our work together. When you choose service text messages, this includes the mobile number, date and time, consent method, form or page, consent language and version shown, the choice you made and later opt-out or re-opt-in records.
- Technical information from website and communication services, such as an IP address, browser information, pages requested, delivery status and security logs.
We receive information from you, people you authorize to act for you, and the carriers or service providers involved in your requested insurance work, as permitted by law.
Keep general messages general. Please do not put Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment details, medical records or other sensitive information into a general contact form, ordinary email or text message. Ask your agent for the appropriate way to provide documents or private application information.
How we use it
We use information to respond to you, find an appropriate agent, arrange appointments, prepare for discussions, help with applications, support existing coverage and keep accurate records. We also use it to manage communication preferences, protect our services, resolve concerns and meet our legal and insurance responsibilities.
For our automated service-text program, we use the consent record to send the service messages you chose, identify Davro as the sender, manage the program, honor a request to stop and maintain a record of your choice. Service-text consent applies only to the stated service purpose.
We send promotional communications only as permitted by law and your choices. Service-text consent is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing or marketing text messages.
Your communication choices
Use the unsubscribe link in a Davro marketing email to stop marketing emails. You can also reply with your request or contact [email protected]. Tell us if you want to stop all optional contact or change how we reach you. We will honor your request as required by law and help arrange any necessary service communication through an appropriate channel.
Text messages
Davro’s active automated service-text program lets you choose service-related text messages about your inquiry, appointment and requested insurance support. When you choose service text messages on a Davro form, we send them using automated technology to the mobile number you provide. Each program message identifies Davro Insurance Group. Our program operates in accordance with applicable law and applicable A2P 10DLC, messaging-provider and carrier requirements. This service-text choice does not authorize marketing or promotional text messages. Consent is not a condition of buying insurance or receiving help, and you can contact us by phone or email instead.
To stop service texts, reply STOP to a Davro text. We also honor STOPALL, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPTOUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE. You may also revoke service-text consent by telling an agent, calling (720) 500-5700 or emailing [email protected]. We do not require one exclusive way to revoke consent. We promptly stop messages after a valid revocation and honor any reasonable revocation request no later than 10 business days after we receive it. You may receive one non-marketing confirmation. Unless you later opt in again, no additional service texts will be sent.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (720) 500-5700. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for more information.
Phone calls
Tell your agent, email us or call us to request that we stop optional calls. We will record and honor your request as required by law.
Declining marketing does not prevent you from requesting help. Stopping messages does not cancel an appointment, application or insurance policy. Please contact your agent separately about changes to those items. A new appointment, application or agent assignment does not automatically reverse a prior opt-out.
How long we keep information
We keep information for the time reasonably needed for the purpose it serves and for applicable insurance, legal, audit, dispute and recordkeeping requirements. Different records may have different retention periods. We may keep a limited record of an opt-out so we can continue to honor it.
A deletion request does not require us to remove information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. We will explain applicable limits when responding to a request.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No website, email or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please let us know if you believe information sent to or held by Davro has been exposed or used improperly.
Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, the information involved and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent, object to certain uses or appeal a decision about a request. Some insurance information is subject to separate privacy rules and exceptions.
To make a request, email [email protected], call (720) 500-5700 or write to us at the address below. Please describe what you need without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority before disclosing or changing private information. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not treat you unfairly for exercising a privacy right.
Information about children and family members
Our website is intended for adults arranging insurance help. A parent, guardian or other authorized person may provide information about a child when needed for requested family coverage. Please do not provide someone else’s private information without appropriate authority.
